CEnT-S (CISIA English Test – Sciences) is the new standardized entrance examination used by many Italian universities for admission to English-taught Bachelor's degrees. It replaced the previous English TOLC exams and is administered by CISIA.

Which Subjects Matter for Each Programme?
Although everyone takes the same CEnT-S test, universities may weight the sections differently.
For Economics / Business / Finance / Psychology main focus is on Mathematics and Reasoning on Texts & Data. Lower importance is on Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
For Engineering / Sciences main focus is on Mathematics, Physics and Reasoning. Lower importance in Biology and Chemistry.
For Pharmacy / Biology / Biotechnology / Agriculture main focus is on Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Reasoning.

Registration for the October Session
Registration is done through the CISIA portal.
There is no single national deadline. Booking usually closes 5–7 days before the exam date (or earlier if seats fill up). For the 15 October session, students should expect registration to close during the first week of October.
Application procedures for Universities in Italy are handled by Metavasi Career Guidance & Counseling Services with a 20% discount from 850 Euro to 680 Euro for 4 applications.
